What a delight to deal with AMC. The gentleman I spoke with was very helpful and we quickly agreed upon a call out charge. The locksmith arrived as planned the following morning at 9.00 a.m. the job was completed very quickly and they actually charged less than the usual call out charge because the job had been straightforward. How about that for honesty!! They get 10 out of 10 because there's no option for 11.
